This market leading recruitment company is looking for an Senior Billing Manager. If you truly understand the recruitment permanent marketplace, or have good knowledge of it that you would like to develop further, your skillset could be well-utilised within an existing highly niche and successful established business. The company places people both in the UK and overseas and is looking at expanding its international reach and also to add on complimentary revenue streams i.e. Entry level recruiters. Your role will be to generate revenue as well as, in time and with a full training plan, manage the company on a daily basis. You will also have the opportunity to deliver the long term strategy and goals of the company. If interested, you must have experience of perms market, hiring, managing and motivating a team, taking a business further to the next level and spot potential opportunities along the way, plus demonstrate that you can be fully entrepreneurial and innovative and build great relationships with clients, candidates and key internal stakeholders.
Internal Recruiter - Hertfordshire - Basic £30k + commission
This is an exciting role for some one who does not want to do business development as part of their recruitment role – an International staffing Group is looking for an internal recruiter who can assist filling roles within the Group – all the roles will be for recruitment consultants and you will be finding a mix of experienced recruiters plus people who would like to start a career recruitment. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of being proactive at candidate generation. You will be given the opportunity to run assessment centres for the trainee hires. The role will start with a focus on the UK but as the Group has offices all over the world, your role will extend to finding candidates on an international basis, especially Europe.
