The 2nd Global Recruiter Asia Pacific Summit was held on October 2-3, 2013 at Marina Bay Sands with the Industry Awards held on the last night. The evening showcased the Recruitment Industryﾒs best of the best, for which the varied categories were hotly contested, celebrating the success of the recruitment market across the Asia Pacific region. This year's notable winners include Monroe Consulting Group which won the Best Overseas Operations Awards as well as the Best Small Recruitment Business. Evolution Recruitment nabbed the Best in In-house Training and Empiric Solutions won the Best in Client Service. Phaidon Internationalﾒs The Laking Group also won the coveted Best Newcomer Award while Phaidon International itself was awarded the Asia Pacific APSCo Member of the Year. It was indeed a great night for the recruitment industry's 280 cream of the crop talent and sought-after leaders coming from all parts of the globe. The event was Oriental in theme for which a martial arts performance opened the event and popular Asian food treats and delicacies were served.
